PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING
We customize every workout to help you reach your goals. Our personal trainers help you stay motivated as we work to establish a consistent workout schedule. We design a fitness program that's structured to hold you accountable and create a lifestyle that encourages proper health and a positive well-being.
PERSONAL YOGA
An expert introduction to Yoga. After an initial assessment of your experience and condition, your personal Yoga teacher will guide you through either a gentle practice of basic Yoga poses. Best for beginners or You can choose Ashtanga or Vinyasa, which is more a movement-intensive practice. Suitable for intermediate and expert level yogis.
BOXING
Thai boxing or western boxingcan simply be a means of getting yourself into great shape, and it may even be the single most effective way to get fit. It incorporates all aspects of fitness including muscular strength, muscular endurance, speed and coordination, and will allow you to feel better about yourself in a number of other ways, including inspiring confidence, giving you more determination, focus and patience.
PILATES
Improved flexibility. increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the 'core muscles' of your body) balanced muscular strength on both sides of your body. Pilates is excellent for improving pelvic floor, reduce back pain, knee injuries and prevents arthritis.
REHAB TRAINING
We provide tailored and individual exercise programmes which are suitable for people recovering from injury or illness. These programmes are not available through traditional gyms or physiotherapy clinics, and are specific to each client. Our rehab specialists provide you with achievable goals and motivation to ensure your safe return to exercise, sport and wellness.
PRE/POST NATAL
The goal is to strengthening your body and most importantly your pelvic core muscles. Regular exercise pre and during your pregnancy offers a range of physical and mental benefits for you and your baby. With our pre/postnatal specialist you can exercise with confidence during pregnancy.
ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING
If you can't meet us in person, meet online. We offer cost-effective alternative to in- personal training that is designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals faster than going at it alone. We offer you the flexibility to work out on your own time, exercise at home or the gym, and have a professional keep you accountable to your program. It allows you to explore more options not limited by location and choose the trainer that is the best fit for you. Our online programs are in-app programming and support, as well as video or phone calls with your trainer. The program includes nutrition plans.
